PREMIERE by USHA · for creators

Show it to your audience before you show it to the world.

Upload a video, a script or an idea. A of 50 to 500 viewers, built from real audience data, watches it, reacts and comments. You see where they leave, which hook holds them, and whether to post, fix or not post.

Simulated audience. Instant, private, repeatable.

From $10 a month. 12 tests. No card needed to reserve.

The algorithm doesn’t give refunds.

  1. 01

    Your reach

The first hours decide how far a post travels. A weak one doesn’t just flop: it tells the feed your audience wasn’t interested, and the next post starts colder.

  2. 02

    Your money

A video costs a shoot, an edit and a weekend. A test costs 83 cents. Find the dead second before you pay the editor, not after.

  3. 03

    Your name

A joke that lands in Cairo can sting in Riyadh. A brand’s PR team reads your feed before your rate card. And screenshots outlive deletes.

Verdict

FIX6.5
POST7.6

Fix, then post. The idea is strong: people who get past 0:03 mostly stay, and the winner reveal is the best moment in the video. But you lose 37% of the room in the first three seconds to the “hello everyone, welcome back” intro, and Russian and English speakers can’t follow Arabic-only text. Three edits fix most of it; the edited cut re-tests at 7.6 and gets a POST.

Your question, answered

Is the opening too slow?
Yes. The first three seconds are the biggest loss in the video. Opening B holds 77% instead of 63%.
Will people outside Dubai care?
They watch, but they don’t send it on: it isn’t their street. Egyptians care most, because they compare prices with home. End with “Which street in your city?”.

    What happens
A greeting to camera and a 1.5 s logo sting before the first bite.
    Who leaves
New viewers most (57% held, against 76% of followers); Russian speakers most of all (54% held), because the on-screen text is Arabic only.
    The fix
Nothing happens for three seconds, and three seconds is the whole decision. Open on the bite and the price.
  2. 2Drop-off · 0:13 to 0:16 · −10 points

    What happens
A price board with seven lines of small text appears for 2 seconds.
    The fix
Seven prices in two seconds is a wall. Show one price per shop, as you pay.
  3. 3Drop-off · 0:30 to 0:31 · −3 points

    What happens
“Follow for part 2” before the winner is revealed.
    The fix
You ask for the follow before you’ve earned it. Reveal first, ask second, and make the ask a question.

Risk check

  • Medium · 0:22

Shop 4 is named “the worst” with its sign on screen. A named shop can complain or ask for a takedown, and brands avoid creators who rank venues negatively. Blur the sign and say “not my one”.

  • Low

Trending sound: fine for a personal post, not always cleared if a brand pays. Use a cleared track for sponsored episodes.

  • Low

Price videos attract “that’s fake”. Pin the receipts.

    Format score 8 / 10

This isn’t a video, it’s a format: a budget, a street, a winner. Lock it so episode 2 is recognisable in one second: same first line, same counter, same winner stamp. Your weakest asset is the ending. The winner gets 1.5 seconds; give it 4.

Collaboration readiness 6 / 10 now, 7.5 / 10 after two more episodes · modelled on food-delivery and casual-dining PR desks in the UAE

After the shop 4 edit, brand-safe. Fit is medium to high for a delivery app’s “local gems” or “budget eats” angle, low for a single restaurant chain, because you rank its competitors on camera. What they’d ask for first: your UAE audience share (52%), your average watch time over the last 10 videos, and a promise of no negative ranking of named venues.

    Held past 0:03: 63% → 77%
  2. 0:02 on

Add a money counter in the corner: 50, 44, 36…

Makes it a game; Russian and English speakers follow without Arabic
  3. Whole video

Add English captions under the Arabic.

    Russian speakers held past 0:03: 54% → 70%
  4. 0:13 to 0:16

Swap the price board for one price per shop, as you pay.

    Removes drop-off 2 (−10 points)
  5. 0:22

Blur shop 4’s sign. Say “not my one”.

    Brand safety 7.6 → 9.0
  6. 0:30

Reveal the winner first, then ask: “Karama done. Satwa or Deira next?”

    Would comment 9% → 14%
  7. 0:34 to 0:38

Give the winner 4 seconds: bite, price, stamp.

    Ending 4.6 → 7.1
  8. Cover and caption

Cover: “7 shawarmas. AED 50.” Caption in Arabic, then English.

    Clarity for non-Arabic speakers
  9. Pinned comment

Pin a comment with the seven receipts.

How this report was made

500 simulated viewers, modelled on real audience data and on the crowd you built. Each one “watched” your video as frames, on-screen text and sound, second by second, in the feed they’d normally see it in, then reacted in their own words. Simulated crowds are good at ranking versions and finding weak seconds, and they overstate how many people share, comment and follow. Predictions, not guarantees.

Built on USHA

The same crowd USHA uses for brands.

Before a brand changes a price or launches a product, USHA runs a panel: simulated buyers, a competitor and a sceptic, each reacting in their own words. PREMIERE points the same technology at your content.

We tried it on ourselves first. Before we showed usha.one to the world, we showed it to 1,500 modelled visitors, each with a profile, a reaction and quotes. They told us our own headline was the most confusing line on the page, and more than half asked for a worked example. That’s why this page has one.

What’s real here

What’s simulated, what’s real, and why we tell you.

Simulated

Simulated crowds (every plan)

AI viewers, each with a profile: age, city, language, what they watch, how they scroll, whether they’ve seen you before. Modelled on real audience data. Nobody real sees your work, and the same crowd can watch your next cut for a fair comparison.

Good at: comparing versions, finding the second people leave, showing who it’s not for, catching what could backfire.

Not: a forecast of your views. Simulated panels follow the direction of real reactions well and tend to overstate how strong they are. So you get rankings and weak spots, never promised numbers.

Real people

Real-person panels (add-on)

Real creators, creative directors and brand PR people. Always labelled “Real people”. They see your work under a confidentiality agreement and reply in 3 to 7 working days.

Questions creators ask

Are these real people?

No, not in the standard crowds, and we’d rather you hear it from us. Every plan’s crowd is simulated: AI viewers, each with a profile (age, city, language, what they watch, how they scroll, whether they know you), modelled on real audience data. That’s why it’s instant, private and repeatable. Real people appear only in the real-person panels (creators, creative directors, brand PR people). Those are an add-on, always labelled “Real people”, and take 3 to 7 working days.

How can an AI viewer “watch” a video?

It reads your video the way the feed delivers it: frame by frame, the on-screen text, and what’s said and played, second by second. Then it decides, as that person would, whether to keep watching, and says why in their own words.

Will it tell me how many views I’ll get?

No. Views depend on the platform, the day and a lot of luck. PREMIERE tells you which version is stronger, the second people leave, who it’s not for and what could backfire. Those are the things you can still change.

How accurate is it?

Good at direction, careful about size. Research on simulated panels finds they follow the direction of real reactions well (which version wins, what people dislike) and tend to overstate how strong those reactions are. So read the report as a ranking, not a forecast. After you post, add your real numbers (“Calibrate”) and your next crowd adjusts to your audience.

Who sees my unreleased video?

In a simulated test, no person does. If you order a real-person panel, only that panel sees it, under a confidentiality agreement.

Does it understand Arabic dialects and Russian?

Yes. Crowds watch in Gulf, Egyptian or Levantine Arabic, English or Russian, and their comments come back in their own words, with a translation on tap. If your video’s language doesn’t match part of your crowd, the builder tells you, and the test shows what happens to them.

Why can’t I pay on the site?

For now, our team activates every plan personally. Reserve your plan, and we message you on WhatsApp or Telegram, answer your questions and explain how to pay. This site never asks for card details.

What are the real-person panels, and how long do they take?

Real creators in your niche and size (from 50 followers to millions), real creative directors, and real PR people from brands in your category. Each panel is an add-on on any plan, labelled “Real people”, and replies in 3 to 7 working days. You see their notes, not their names.

Can it tell me whether a brand will work with me?

It can tell you how a brand’s PR team is likely to read your content: brand-safe or not, which categories fit, and what they’d ask for first. The simulated Brand PR read comes with Arena; the real one is an add-on. Neither is an offer of a deal, and no brand is contacted.

Why not just show it to friends?

Friends are kind, few, and they’ve already met you. Your next viewer is a stranger on a fast scroll. PREMIERE gives you hundreds of strangers who match your audience, tells you the second they leave, and lets the same crowd judge your next cut fairly. Friends can’t unsee version one.

Still a question? Ask us on WhatsApp or Telegram.

Your next post already has a crowd waiting.
